MY STORY
Hey, I’m Jamila Naila.
And if there’s one thing life has taught me, it’s that things don’t always go according to the plan you had in your head.
I’ve had to start over. I’ve had doors close. I’ve had plans change. I’ve had moments when I had no idea what was coming next.
But through all of it, GOD has remained faithful.
My faith has taught me how to keep moving, how to trust when I don’t have every answer, and how to stop believing that one hard chapter gets to determine the rest of my story.
A lot of what I share today comes from what I’ve actually lived.
The lessons.
The mistakes.
The prayers.
The rebuilding.
The moments when I had to make a decision to either stay where I was or get up and try again.
And somewhere along the way, I realized that what I had been learning wasn't only for me.
That’s a big part of why I create.

THAN ONE THING
I talk about faith because GOD is at the center of my life.
I’m blessed and I know it.
But I also talk about real life.
Confidence. Starting over. Purpose. Getting older and loving who you are becoming. Fitness. Style. Travel. Relationships. Lessons I’m learning. Things that make me laugh. Things that make me think.
Some days we may be talking about trusting GOD.
Another day I might be getting dressed, hiking a mountain, trying something new, telling you a story, or sitting down for a conversation that we both needed.
That’s the beauty of I Am Jamila Naila.
You’re not getting one piece of me. You’re getting the woman behind all of it.

WHY I DO
WHAT I DO
I want the women who spend time in my world to leave with something.
Maybe you feel encouraged.
Maybe you start thinking differently.
Maybe you finally do something you’ve been talking yourself out of.
Maybe you laugh.
Maybe you realize you’re doing better than you thought.
And sometimes you may simply need somebody to remind you that you can get up and keep going.
I’m a content creator, entrepreneur, and certified life coach, but titles only tell you so much.
At the heart of everything I do is a desire to use what I’ve learned, what I’ve lived, and what GOD has given me to create something that helps another woman move forward in her own life.

CREATING…
You might find me hiking, working out, traveling, getting dressed just because I feel like looking good, discovering something I didn't know I needed on Amazon, enjoying good food, or laughing at something entirely too hard.
I love beautiful spaces, new experiences, good conversation, and the freedom to keep discovering who I am.
And I’m still learning.
Still growing.
Still trying new things.
Still trusting GOD with what comes next.
